Service Centers
The core of Baker Distributing Company is our Service Centers.
For over 50 years, Baker has earned the respect and loyalty of its customers and
suppliers as the most customer service oriented, full-line, HVAC/R distributor in
the Southeast.
With over 160 locations in 14 states, each Service Center is staffed by
the most knowledgeable and customer-service oriented people in our industry. With a
complete inventory of HVAC/R products, showroom and technical assistance,
our Service Centers can provide you with the products and information you
need to make your job easier and more efficient.

On average, each location stocks
8,000 line items from approximately 200 suppliers. In addition to in-stock items, we has access to over 45,000 sku's |
| Ordering: |
Orders can be called in, faxed,
ordered online, or taken at any service counter. |
| Delivery: |
Local deliveries are made by a
fleet of over 100 delivery vehicles. We also utilize UPS and common
carriers for out of town deliveries. |
| Inventory: |
Our Central Distribution Center (CDC)
in Jacksonville replenishes each location on a scheduled weekly
basis. Emergency orders from our CDC are available 24/7 and are
received within 24 hours in most areas. With the technology of our
computer system, each location has access to inventory throughout
all of our Service Centers. |

Our products and services are
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our new and improved
1-800-217-4698 answering service. Leave your name, number, problem
and nearest Service Center location. You will receive a return call by
a Baker employee within 20 minutes. |
